Soho Create – a collective conversation about creativity

Soho Create

Soho Create returns for it’s third year next week from 6th to 10th June. The week long festival features talks, workshops and debates to inspire professionals working within the creative industries and celebrate what they do. It also acts as the perfect networking opportunity, connecting people and businesses.

The events are centred around five different themes – literature, food and fashion, creative business, creative inspiration, creative tech and film, music, tv and theatre. For those just starting out, the Creative Careers Fair is an ideal starting point – meet businesses and find out what it takes to work for some of Soho’s cutting edge companies and potentially bag your dream job. Alternatively, for those in the food and hospitality industry, head to the Balls and Co’s speakeasy bar for a talk from their bartenders on creating their popular cocktails or hear from Mark Hix and Nuno Mendes on the creative evolution of the restaurant and how the dining experience needs to adapt to meet customer demand for new flavours and approaches.

Other key events include a talk with the digital editors of Elle, Cosmopolitan and NetDoctor on credibility and trust in online journalism, there is also a talk from people who have built their own business with some words of advice for those who are thinking of doing the same.

All events are ticketed, priced from £5 to £10. For more information and to book head to the Soho Create website.
