If you’re a client at Global, you’ll almost certainly get to meet our Account Manager, Sam Morley. For the second part of our interview series, we chat to Sam and get to know a little bit more about her.
How long have you been with the company?
Since January 2014 – 31 action-packed months!
What do you enjoy most about working here?
The variety of work that comes through the door and my clients are all lovely which makes coming to work a pleasure.
Where would you like the company to be in five years?
Exactly where it is now, we have the best location ever – 15 min walk from the beach.
What makes you good at your job?
I’m a people person plus I’m quite a good problem solver.
Describe yourself in three words
Funny, cheerful, sharp
Who would you want to play you in a film of your life?
If we could turn back the clock – Lucille Ball (an American award-winning actress, best known for her role in the self-produced sitcom I Love Lucy)
What can’t you live without and why?
Central heating – ’nuff said

Tell us about the first project you ever worked on
Not my first but the most interesting project involved sourcing vultures – real and stuffed – for a shoot promoting the 1997 English cricket tour to South Africa. Driving down a national highway with 3 stuffed vultures on the seats of the van certainly drew some strange looks. Endangered Wildlife Trust & Pretoria Natural History museum were amazing in helping make it happen.
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Get outside and enjoy the incredible Dorset scenery, dog walking, tree hugging, flower sniffing.
