She’s one half of our Client Services team, working hard to ensure our clients’ jobs make it out on time and always there to help out when a client has a question. We’re in awe of her super-impressive organisational skills and her ability to make a proper decent coffee. Just don’t let her get hangry!
Who is this superhero, you ask? It’s only our Client Services Coordinator, Steph Madden! She kindly took five minutes out of her busy day to tell us a bit more about herself…
How long have you been with the company?
Just over 1 glorious year – I joined 1st April 2017.
What do you enjoy most about working here?
The fabulous bunch of people I get to work with of course!
Where would you like the company to be in five years?
Vietnam! Anyone who knows me knows that it’s my favourite place in the whole world!
What makes you good at your job?
I’d say my strong multi-tasking skills! I’m also pretty organised, which is handy in my job
Describe yourself in three words
Hmmm that’s a tricky one…I would say witty, fun and out-going. Although the studio team said “hangry” and I think that says a lot!
Who would you want to play you in a film of your life?
That’s an easy one…Meryl Streep! Assuming that the film of my life will be made when I’m a little older than 29.
What can’t you live without and why?
Am I allowed to say wine? Probably not…so let’s say travel. I’m definitely most happy when I’m exploring another corner of the world (but also wine)!

Tell us about the first project you ever worked on
It was for a wonderful charity called Diverse Abilities and their 2017 Gala Ball. The theme was winter wonderland. I loved it. We’re currently working on concepts for the 2018 Gala Ball. Time flies when you’re having fun
What do you like to do in your spare time?
Spending time with my lovely family and friends – they’re the best
