New Creative Workspace Opens in Bournemouth

THIS Workspace is a brand new workspace hub in the centre of Bournemouth that we predict will attract even more creative and digital startups to the town.

The 24/7 workspace is located within the Daily Echo building on Albert Road, setting up home in the former Daily Echo offices and The Print Room restaurant.

This new chapter in the iconic building’s history brings a creative hub to Bournemouth town centre offering a range of workspace environments perfect for creative freelancers and tech, media and digital startup companies.

The striking bright yellow door to THIS Workspace hints at the exciting and ambitious plans that are in store for this historic building.

The project has opened in two stages. The first stage has transformed several floors of offices into a bright and stylish spaces offering studios for larger companies and shared open workspaces for freelancers. With a variety of different studios available throughout the building THIS Workspace caters for many different business sizes, encouraging a more vibrant and diverse community with every new company that gets on board.

The second stage incorporates the former Print Room restaurant which is due to open in April. This expansive area already has the wow factor and once complete will be home to an informal working, break out and event space. We reckon it will be one of the key venues for Bournemouth creative industry events.

As you would expect, the whole workspace is equipped with high-spec tech throughout, including Sonos speakers, phone conferencing and high-speed WiFi.

When the work stops, members can take advantage of the in-house bar serving complimentary beer on tap, chilling out on the rooftop terrace or simply mix with other like-minded members and guests at regular formal and informal events.
