Being at work is all about being productive and getting things done. There’s no time in the day for any¬†frivolity, right? Well no actually.

 

You should be making time for your employees to have a bit of fun from time to time. Research shows that rather than make them less productive, it will help make them more productive, more creative and above all happier. If you have a happy team then they are more likely to stick around. Considering it costs £30k to replace a member of staff, doing everything possible to encourage your team to stick around makes pretty good business sense.
